When you buy an original painting the Boutique Gallery offers FREE shipping within Australia which includes delivery insurance in transit.

 

Unfortunately we are not in a position to offer the same for giclee prints orders - in this case we have to charge the buyer the shipping costs according to their post code delivery address.

•INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipments are arranged on case-by-case basis.  

Please contact us via the website Contact Form to ask for an international shipment quote.

•ORDER CONFIRMATION & DELIVERY

After placing an order and making the full payment you will receive an email confirmation of your transaction.

Original artworks will be shipped within 1-3 business days.  

Please allow more time for giclée print(s).  They are custom-printed for us and need to be worked on after the printing is done (frame-stretching, protective varnish treatment, etc.).  This process may take 1-2 weeks before the print is finally ready to be dispatched to you.

However, we keep a limited stock of our most popular giclée prints in most popular sizes.  If you order the one which we have in stock we will promptly ship it within 1-3 days – just like the original works.  

 

Depending on your location the delivery can take up to one week.

Shipment tracking details will be emailed/texted to you as soon as your artwork has been dispatched.

•RETURN POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.  

If after receiving your artwork you realise that it is not suitable for your space you can send it back to us by following this simple process:

1. Notify us about your intention to return the artwork within 7 days from receiving the shipment. 
   To do so please use the Contact Form on our website: https://www.boutiquegallery.net/contact 

2. We will promptly respond to your return request (in less than 24 hours from receiving it) and provide you with the address and other details you would need to arrange the return shipment.

3. The returning artwork would need to be suitably repacked (in a strong, secure and protective packaging) and have delivery insurance for the full value of the original artwork order.  The cost to return the artwork will be at your own expense.

4. Once the artwork is returned and checked over, refunds are processed within 3 working days.
